How AI assists
An AI service may summarize and compare job-related evidence in your application against the published role criteria. It is a screening aid only: People & Culture reviews the evidence and makes every hiring decision.
Who can access it
Authorized People & Culture staff and approved service providers acting for BPUL may process the information where needed to operate recruitment, document storage, communication, and AI-assisted review.
How we protect it
Application documents are kept in private storage and access is restricted. We retain recruitment data only for as long as it is needed for recruitment, legitimate record-keeping, and applicable legal obligations.
Your choice and rights
The consent box is unchecked by default. You can ask People & Culture to explain how your application is handled, provide access to your information, correct it, or consider a request to withdraw consent or delete information, subject to lawful record-keeping requirements.
